Overview

Open due to internal movement! Leverage your public accounting background to step into a highly visible Senior Manager, Accounting role. 7 – 10 years of experience including big 4 public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a small team, including ensuring their deliverables are met.
• Prepare analysis of key balance sheet assets to highlight risk and present results to Senior Management.
• Review product lines to understand business trends.
• Meet with supply chain to address external pressures and any potential impact on the business.
• Perform analysis to support business decisions.
• Work with other departments to identify business trends and economic conditions that impact key balance sheet assets.
• Review financial statement footnotes and partner with technical accounting to ensure appropriate disclosure.
• Update policies and procedures, ensure controls are appropriate and in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Review and approve journal entries to support the month end close.
• Participate in global initiatives.
