The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, checking in residents and their guests, providing park information, and assisting with general customer service at the Splash Park. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Operate the concession truck and handle food and beverage sales.
- Prepare and serve snacks, drinks, and combo deals in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck inside and out throughout the shift.
- Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor of low inventory or supply needs.
- Follow all food safety procedures including proper food storage, handling, and sanitation.
- Set up and close down the concession truck, including cleaning, restocking, and securing equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or guest complaints to supervisor immediately.
- Support birthday party events or special park activities as needed.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to work outside in hot and humid summer weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Previous food service or cashier experience preferred.
- Food Handlers License or Serv-Safe Certification is a plus.
- Free parking.
- Sick and secure leave.
