The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, checking in residents and their guests, providing park information, and assisting with general customer service at the Splash Park. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Primary Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check in visitors using the resident ePass system.
- Verify residency and guest pass eligibility.
- Assist with birthday party bookings and provide details about park rules and amenities.
- Monitor the Park's entry and exit to ensure guest safety and compliance with park policies.
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions from the public.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all supplies are stocked.
- Log incidents and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Support special events and assist other team members as needed.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to work outside in hot and humid summer weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use check-in software.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
- Free parking.
- Sick and secure leave.
