Job Description: WFL- Customer Service Representative

Location: Bismarck, ND 58504

Americash is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assisting customers with product and service information
• Providing loans, check cashing, bill payments
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Maintaining accurate customer records and files
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Previous customer service experience preferred
