Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Outside Rental Sales Representative to expand our rental business in the Temple/Waco area. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential in a rapidly growing territory. Key Responsibilities:
Aggressively generate and pursue leads to expand our customer base.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by providing outstanding service.
Meet or exceed established sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients to close deals effectively.
Collaborate with marketing efforts to drive business growth.
Prepare and process necessary sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Stay up-to-date on current and new inventory to provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in equipment rental and/or construction sales is a plus.
Prior sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
