Your Role:

⚖️ Associate Attorney – Construction Labor Law (New York State)

• Advise on NYS construction labor laws, focusing on compliance with state-specific regulations
• Handle complex labor litigation and accident insurance cases
• Represent clients in construction labor disputes, ensuring adherence to accident insurance policies
• Conduct thorough investigations into construction site accidents
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to construction labor law
