What You'll Do :
As the Mobile Nurse Clinical Supervisor , you'll wear many hats-mentor, leader, caregiver, and innovator. Here's a glimpse of what your role includes :
- Lead with Purpose : Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to mobile unit nurses, fostering growth and upholding clinical standards.
- Deliver Compassionate Care : Oversee safe dispensary operations, dispense medications, and ensure compliance with all medical regulations.
- Onboard & Train : Empower new nurses with world-class onboarding and continuous development opportunities.
- Drive Compliance : Partner with leadership to maintain adherence to all state, federal, and agency requirements.
