Position Overview
We are seeking a Fulfillment Admin / Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the fulfillment operations at the We Love Fulfillment facility in Marietta, GA. You will work as part of a team with shared tasks but you will quickly be elevate to Team Lead and prioritize the daily tasks and manage within the interrupt driven environment. This role becomes a single point of contact for internal and external customers.

(Essential Duties) Major Duties & Responsibilities:

● Coordinate warehousing and fulfillment functions including inventory, shipping, receiving, put-away, picking, and storage of all customer products

● Communicate with multiple customers directly and provide accurate information on a daily basis

● Adapt to an ever changing environment and juggle multiple priorities

● Must be willing to jump into with manual labor projects

● Become the intra-company focal point for fulfillment operations communications

● Maintain daily and weekly KPIs.

● Implement process improvement to continue building operational efficiencies

● Provide direction to temporary labor

● Ensure resource allocations such as supplies, labor and equipment are available to meet business needs

● Adhere to and enforce corporate policies and safety standards set by company and OSHA

● Performing additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

● Understanding of fulfillment operations with experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment

● Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Gmail/G Suite

● Familiarity with warehouse management systems; Experience with 3PL Central, Dear Systems a plus!
● Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience
● 1-3 years of direct supervisory experience a plus
● Demonstrated experience in high volume, fast paced environments
● Skills in team building, process improvement, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork
● Emphasis on safety is extremely important
● Positive attitude a must

Schedule
● Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
● No offsite or remote candidates will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Marietta, GA.

Compensation & Benefits
● Pay Rate: Annually $70,000 (paid bi-weekly)
● Must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship available.
● Job Type: Full-time
● This position will be available for Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life (term and AD&D), STD, LTD, 401k with 6% match!, 17 days per year Paid Time-Off (PTO) (PTO limitations during Holiday times), Performance Based Bonus Program and Team Building. Benefits begin the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
