III. Responsibilities
- Maintain internal client database and organization of tasks.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from current and prospective clients.
- Manage client onboarding and implementation on existing client ongoing meetings
- Develop and implement proactive outbound communication with clients.
- Process billing for clients and manage accounts receivable.
- Prepare for prospective client meetings.
- Oversee major firm projects including bookkeeping reporting.
- Implement firm marketing and social media plans.
IV. Requirements
- Upcoming College Graduates Encouraged to Apply.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3.3 GPA.
- Comfortable in a fast-growing start-up environment. You will know objectives and will need to collaborate on the best ways to complete a task.
- Excellent communication skills - on the phone, in person, and in writing. Since you’re often the front-line support for our clients, it’s important that you can communicate without errors, promptly, and with ease.
- You’re an organization-pro. Like maybe you alphabetize your spice rack. You keep everything together for our clients – so this is critical.
- You sincerely love working with people. You treat your teammates and clients with respect and care. Our clients become friends and we do everything we can to advocate on their behalf.
- Cloud-based applications, e-signatures, and technology don’t daunt you. We use a lot of technology.
- Able to work in theoffice – we do our best work when collaborating in person together.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
