What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Weatherables?
USA Vinyl LLC is seeking to grow its Customer Service team. Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with OT as needed.
You will be responsible to: Provide a superior customer service experience, serve customers on the phone, through email and/or in person daily, work with layout planning and assist customers accurately, effectively and quickly, accurately process payment and product sales documentation in Netsuite, review monthly sales reports and identify areas of improvement, work within a team to meet company metrics. This is NOT a work from home position.
Skills needed:: In person or over the phone customer service/sales experience, must be a highly motivated, self starter and able to self manage, must have general office skills ( typing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, filing, etc.), work well independently, as well as in a group setting, adaptive to change and learning new skills, outgoing, professional and friendly. Bilingual a plus. Building materials experience a plus. Excellent attendance required.
