What You’ll Do:
People don’t want bureaucratic processes slowing or preventing them from building innovative structures. At Webcor, we get things done and make projects happen.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:
- Retrieve invoices and check requests from multiple AP email accounts
- Scan, review and route invoices
- Once approved, review and post invoices
- Review and address rejected invoices
- Research and resolve help tickets
- Assist with special handling and urgent check requests
- Accounting systems software testing
What You Need to Succeed:
- AA degree in accounting or related field
- At least two years’ experience in an accounting role
- Job Cost/Construction Industry experience desirable
