Overview:
- Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead the Operating Room, Outpatient Surgery, Recovery/PACU, and Central Sterile Processing. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this role focuses on compliance, staffing, supply management, budget oversight, and fostering staff development and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and integrate Surgical Services operations with hospital functions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, maintain staffing, and manage supplies.
- Develop and oversee the department budget.
- Promote performance improvement and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in surgical services within an acute care hospital (within the last 5 years).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Master’s degree (e.g., MSN, MHA).
- Experience as both an OR and PACU RN.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,315.00 - $130,927.00 per year
