Wedgewood Nursing & Rehabiitation is looking for Cook to join our Dietary team! Located in the Village of Spencerport, this quaint facility with 29 beds takes pride in its small home-like environment. The position requires working days and evenings, and alternating weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience cooking in a skilled nursing facility, but all candidates are welcome! Duties include but are not limited to :
- Cooking and preparing meals for residents in accordance to each resident's specific dietary needs
- Cleaning and sanitizing work stations
- Tracking dietary stock within the facility
- Unloading / putting away deliveries from food suppliers
- Assisting with dish washing duties
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director
