Position Summary:
As a Part-Time Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company, connecting with clients to provide tailored solutions for their lawn care needs. Your role is to educate, inspire, and offer tailored lawn care solutions that transform their properties. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment, values clear communication, and takes pride in hard work and teamwork.
- Flexible part-time schedule. (25-32 hours per week) Monday to Saturday schedules; 9am – 3:30pm, 11am-5:30pm, 3pm to 8pm, (6pm-Fridays). Saturdays 9:30am to 1pm.
- Required Monday team meeting at 8am each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining the benefits of our lawn care services and recommending solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Solution-Oriented Sales: Listen to client concerns, identify opportunities, and present our services in a way that aligns with their goals and budget.
- Work Ethic and Ownership: Demonstrate commitment to achieving sales goals by taking accountability for your performance and delivering consistent results.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to service delivery, contributing to a culture of trust and shared success.
- Client Education: Stay informed about our lawn care services and educate clients on the long-term benefits of fertilization, weed control, pest management, and disease prevention.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system.
