What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Community - Groundskeeper - Bexley at Silverado position at Weinstein Properties?

PAY: $18/hour plus quarterly bonuses! Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
We currently have the following groundskeeper positions available:
- Bexley at Silverado in Cedar Park, TX
Job duties include: grounds pick up, cleaning common areas and amenities, some landscaping, power washing, exterior painting, and some minor maintenance repairs.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:

- Wants to be busy all day, every day!
- Has a helpful attitude, is friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service
Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
