Purpose of Role: The Wear Rubber Specialist will be responsible for running the 60A and 60B presses. They will work around extreme weight, extreme pressure, and extreme temperatures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Press Machines: Push rubber through the extruder, load it into the mold, add core, close the mold, wait, then pull out the rubber and trim it and stick it on the pallet.
• Material Selection: Select appropriate rubber materials based on the specific requirements of each application.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  
  

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, twisting, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blue prints
• Experience working in a hands on environment
