- Schedule and supervise associates in the meat department
- Monitor and control department expenses, improving operations and efficiencies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business-related or food service-related field desirable
- Minimum 3 years' experience in management in a retail/rest/supermarket environment
- Meat/Seafood Management preferred
