- Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living space, adhering to resident rights.
- Assist clients with memory care strategies for those experiencing dementia or cognitive decline.
- Engage clients in social activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
Skills
- Experience in social work or home health is highly desirable.
