Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Utilize various platforms such as Taleo and Kronos to track applicants and manage recruitment workflows.
- Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge interest and promote job opportunities.
- Assist in training development and employee orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo or Kronos is a plus.
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes and training development is advantageous.
- Experience in sales or HR sourcing will be considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
