Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for connecting with people.

Duties

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms such as Taleo and Kronos to track applicants and manage recruitment workflows.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge interest and promote job opportunities.
  • Assist in training development and employee orientation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and onboarding processes for selected candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo or Kronos is a plus.
  • Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of employee orientation processes and training development is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales or HR sourcing will be considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
