About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Health RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support.
About the Role
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other treatments as required.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medication management, self-care, and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Home Health Nurse Certification (HHNC) preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care.
