The Accounts Receivable Analyst monitors the accounts receivable for assigned clients and secure payment of past due balances.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Maintains client receivable accounts within established goals.
- Successfully resolve complex invoice disputes.
- Provide requested updates and reporting to upper management.
- Works with multiple areas of the firm to resolve invoicing disputes.
- Complete all required training applicable to assigned position.
- Additional duties as requested or required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 1 year accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate and complete accounts.
- Must be able to read, analyze and interpret advanced level data.
- Effectively present information to top management, directors and partners.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
