Executive Assistant – Contract-to-Permanent
Location: Sandy, UT (Onsite, with future hybrid flexibility)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Half-hour lunch break)
Compensation: Up to $82,000 annually to start

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a well-respected organization in the education sector located in the Sandy, UT area. This role will initially be temporary, with a strong potential for permanent employment based on performance. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, providing comprehensive administrative support to executive staff and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain executive offices, equipment, and supplies inventory.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and partners.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Contract & Work Arrangement:
- While under contract, the role requires onsite presence five days a week.
- Upon transitioning to a permanent position, the role will include the flexibility of one remote workday per week.
