Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join Werner Accounting! Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients providing excellent customer support.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial recordkeeping and invoicing.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks (potentially) is preferred.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an office management or clerical role is a plus but not required!
