Werner Roofing of Grand Haven is West Michigan's elite exterior contractor and we seek an elite Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist to join our expanding team!
In this role, you will be a point of contact for incoming customer calls, establishing and managing the initial lead process to maximize conversion rates. As a customer service provider, you will collaborate with customers, salespeople, project managers and vendors to ensure full satisfaction.
You will help track data that helps us assess and achieve success in our marketplace and be the point person for implementing new initiatives in your Brand.
This is an onsite, full time, M-F 8am-5pm position.
This is an hourly position ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on a variety of factors.
