Job Description

The Adoption & Organizational Change Management team is leading Wesco’s digital transformation through three core workstreams, with Knowledge Management responsible for enterprise training efforts. As the Senior Manager, Knowledge Management & Learning Delivery, you will be responsible for stabilizing and operationalizing the learning workstream, ensuring it is structured, scalable, and aligned with the program’s adoption strategy.

You will regularly travel for on-site training and facilitation.

  • Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise training leadership, curriculum design, and knowledge management.
  • Expertise in building and stabilizing large-scale training programs, including governance, learning analysis, and backlog development.
  • Strong background in training programs for finance, sales, supply chain, and operations within an industrial distribution or manufacturing environment.
