Full Time Special Education Paraprofessional-SOAR

Qualifications: •Associate’s Degree or Pass Para-Pro Exam •Experience working with students with significant behavioral challenges (preferred) •Knowledge of effective instructional techniques and strategies •Appropriate oral & written communication skills •Ability to deal effectively with students, co-workers, parents Responsibilities: •Provide adequate supervision of students at all times •Provide instructional support to students •Take direction from administrators, teachers, and BCBA •Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data with fidelity •Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and material •Other duties as assigned The Quaboag Regional School District ensures equal employment and educational opportunities for its employees and students. Salary : $18 - $22
