What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Technician position at West Coast Consulting?
Responsibilities
- Can be onsite in Chicago 5 days (some on call - after hours and weekends)
- 2 years in person IT support in a corporate environment
- Some or all: Google Workplace, Zoom, Okta, Slack, & Atlassian Cloud.
- Technical knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Android, Windows OS
- Ticket management: JIRA Service Desk preferred
- Network troubleshooting (laptop connectivity, VPN, printing)
- Audio/Video troubleshooting
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
