Where you will serve as the instructional lead for faculty training experiences, work closely with department SMEs to design efficient, effective training programs, and schedule, present, and report on training activities and efficacy. You will make an impact by :
- Providing expertise and support to online and blended academic instruction through the development, presentation, and assessment of faculty development and training.
- Participating in the review and assessment of online and blended faculty development needs and providing guidance to academic leaders during the faculty development plan process.
- Planning for the appropriate resources of the department.
- Planning and providing training, coaching, and mentoring of faculty and other team members, and stakeholders.
- Assuring expected learning outcomes correspond to faculty development and training objectives and curriculum.
- Administering the creation, maintenance, and auditing of faculty professional development reports and software, including TeachPoint FPD tracking SaaS and MaxKnowledge.
- Developing, staffing, archiving, and managing the creation of webinars and other learning experiences as needed for inclusion in the online and blended faculty web portal.
- Planning and producing self-guided learning resources and works collaboratively with the director and faculty to curate and produce a periodic, faculty development electronic newsletter.
- Serving as an Instructor and managing the FTC-101, FTC-101T, and FTC-102 course enrollment process.
