This part-time role offers the flexibility to work from home, balancing remote administrative tasks with in-person attendance at scheduled events.
- Process incoming private rental inquiries via phone or email.
- Gather essential information from potential clients and assess event viability.
- Collaborate with cinema staff to secure suitable dates and finalize bookings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact clients the week preceding their event to confirm event details.
- Be present on-site on the day of the event to welcome the rental party, meet their needs, and facilitate setup.
- Event Follow-Up: Connect with clients following the event to thank them and gather feedback.
You will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
In this role, we seek someone with:
- A friendly, approachable demeanor when interacting with clients, whether in person or over the phone.
