About Us :
The West Newton Cinema, a historic theater built in 1937, is a beloved community fixture showcasing new releases, classic films, and hosting a wide array of private events, including birthday parties and private rentals. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator.
Position Overview :
The Event Coordinator will oversee all private rental bookings and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. This is an hourly hybrid position, allowing the flexibility to manage correspondence and administrative duties remotely, while requiring in-person attendance only for scheduled events at the theater.
