We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of West Newton Cinema Booking Agent.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing private rentals and ensuring a memorable experience for our clients throughout the booking process.
This part-time role offers flexibility, allowing remote work from home while requiring in-person attendance only for scheduled events at the theater.
- Process private rental inquiries via phone or email.
- Gather essential information from potential clients and evaluate event feasibility.
- Collaborate with cinema staff to secure suitable dates and finalize bookings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Confirm event details with clients the week prior to the event.
- Be present on-site on the day of the event to welcome the rental party, address their needs, and assist with setup.
- Event Follow-Up: Contact clients after the event to thank them and gather feedback.
You will also be accountable for:
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
