We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for driving business, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. This role will be provided with leads daily but also responsible for driving new business
Responsibilities
- Inspect commercial roofs for damage
- Navigate the insurance process
- Manage and nurture relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using software tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Roofing Inspection Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed decisions regarding sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer engagement is essential.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
