The Role
As a Business Development/Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our efforts to expand and strengthen our presence in the HOA and multifamily property sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and nurture new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close sales to meet revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the HOA and multifamily markets.
- Identify and build relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and multifamily property owners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and bids.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in roofing, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HOA and multifamily property management is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
