LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE GUIDANCE COUNSELOR WEST SPRINGFIELD MIDDLE SCHOOLDuties: Facilitating SchedulingAddressing student academic and social needs and providing corresponding interventions.Implementing guidance curriculumCoordinating parent conferences and Grade 5 orientationFacilitating standardized testing.Any other duties assigned by the PrincipalQualifications: *Masters Degree from an accredited institution preferred*Massachusetts Guidance Counselor Certification required.*Demonstrated proficiency in guidance skills*Previous guidance experience desired.Salary: $125.00/day to $153.00/day(DESE certified)Position expected to begin August 25, 2025 and end approximately November 2025.
