This position ensures that all buildings, grounds and equipment are kept in good repair and working order. This position requires basic motor skills and an ability to provide high customer service. Arm strength, basic dexterity and operate hand tools and power tools and equipment to complete tasks are required. Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and general construction knowledge is essential. Will be required to work with a planned work schedule and minimum supervision. Job duties will vary as designated by the Supervisor of Facilities Maintenance.

You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS Including
- Perform maintenance on facilities, including but not limited to plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and care of the grounds and ramp areas.
- Limited construction and/or modification of buildings, including welding as necessary.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance on vehicles, golf carts, forklifts, floor cleaners, Gene Booms, man lifts
- Hazardous waste pick up from all facilities.
- Shoveling snow and gravel as necessary.
- Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
