Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Benefits specialist. The role is based in the Greater Chicago Area. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee benefits programs, developing and enforcing HR policies, handling personnel management, and ensuring overall employee satisfaction. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and conducting regular reviews of benefit plans.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in Employee Benefits administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus
