What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Coordinator position at West Tennessee Ornamental Door?
Seeking a detail oriented Support Coordinator to the National Sales Manager. The ideal candidate would have experience with QB's Enterprise, True Commerce EDI and order entry fulfillment to manufacturing. Experience working with Home Center/Big Box Stores would be helpful.
Job Description:
- Assist National Sales Manager with Security Door Product Group Sales Support.
- Take incoming sales orders by telephone, fax, email, internet, EDI and input orders into our order entry system. Sometimes packages and ships small replacement parts out UPS/FedEx.
- Develop product price quotes and sends out by fax/email.
-Responds to customer request regarding delivery date and job estimates.
-Provide customer service support for product warranty and damage from shipping.
Helpful Experience for the Job:
-Experience using Word, Excel, Quickbooks and EDI order programs.
-Experience using custom order entry systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
