West Virginia Wesleyan College seeks a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant for the Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

- Manage sensitive faculty information
- Handle correspondence and phone calls
- Prepare reports and documents related to academic programs
- Organize meetings and appointments
- Plan and coordinate various campus events
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates degree or experience commensurate with position
- Experience in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong planning abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse campus partners and administrative teams
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience with academic management systems
- Familiarity with database management
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong professional dispositions
