This position analyzes sensitive content including applicant's self-disclosure and consent form (applicant's statement of criminal history) state and federal criminal fingerprint based criminal history records, federal and state sex offender registry data, abuse and neglect registry information, and other applicant/provider specific database/registry information. Incumbents must maintain confidentiality, adhere to all policies and procedures, abide by security policies under the control of the West Virginia State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS).
