The WIC Food Delivery Coordinator within the Office of Nutrition Services manages the day-to-day tasks and activities for operation of the statewide WIC (eWIC) and Farmers Market Nutrition Program (eFMNP) Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) project including oversight of the Approved Product List (APL) and Universal Product Code (UPC) database to allow retailers and farmers to conduct eWIC and eFMNP transactions. Leads the development, maintenance, enhancement, implementation, and evaluation of electronic payment and food delivery processes and systems with contractors, vendors, national committees, and other states. Develops Implementation Advanced Planning Documents for US Department of Agriculture approval to secure funding for EBT, and compliance with federal food delivery regulations. Facilitate maintenance and enhancement of WIC technology mobile applications as well as lead and implement all technological advancements for future shopping and retailer related modernization and innovation projects. Oversee and ensure all federally required WIC cost containment strategies are met which includes analyzing data, creating reports, and researching trends to guide leadership decisions.

Training: Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
Experience: Four years full-time, equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in a technical or program area that is related to the area of employment.
