BDC Representative - Automotive (Service)

Westbury Toyota is seeking a Service BDC Representative to assist customers with inquiries and setting appointments. This position at our dealership plays a crucial role in engaging with customers and requires strong communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to set appointments and address inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on customer inquiries.

Experience:

• Previous experience in telephone sales or business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer base.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Must have reliable transportation.
