The Maintenance tech is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical and electronic systems, steam boiler, heating and cooling systems, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and plant operations. Protects hospital property and responds to calls for mechanical/electrical assistance, determining appropriate response needed. Must be able to be on call (rotating schedule) .
