Our core brands include NOBL Wheels, and we also manufacture wheels for other companies. We have a manufacturing facility in Asia, offering composite rims for mountain, road, gravel, and fatbikes, and are continuously evolving.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage the key staff in the following areas:
- Cumberland, BC wheel building, warehouse, and showroom facility
- Bellingham, WA wheel building, warehouse facility
- IT, R&D, Supply Chain, business administration
You will be expected to think strategically, connect the dots between these departments, and lead our team with a forward-thinking approach.
This role will involve regular participation in weekly and semi-monthly, EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) meetings, which brings departments together to discuss KPIs, To-Dos, and business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Streamline operations to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources (staff, equipment, inventory, etc.)
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support.
- Create and maintain a productive work environment, ensuring that the team is motivated and meets performance expectations.
- Collect, analyze, and report operational data to upper management.
- Work closely with customer service teams to resolve complaints or operational concerns.
- Maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity in case of unforeseen challenges.
- Implement health and safety programs to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Regularly review and update safety procedures and training.

Travel Commitment
This role will require travel to our Cumbelrand, BC location to connect with the American team. We will cover the costs of obtaining your E2 business visa for easy cross-border travel.
Some (limited) travel may be required trade shows/key events
