This position is pivotal in optimizing CRM systems, maintaining brand consistency, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to the company's growth and driver engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support (80%)
- CRM Management: Oversee and optimize Hubspot for sales support, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting. Implement and maintain automations and integrations with ZoomInfo to streamline prospecting and improve lead-to-deal conversion.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through digital channels, leveraging platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Website Management: Update and manage the WFX website (Squarespace/WordPress) to ensure alignment with marketing goals and sales initiatives.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content, manage content calendars, and oversee posting across channels including TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and marketing collateral needed to improve performance, including email sequences, sales decks, and pitch materials.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain custom Hubspot dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including lead conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, and marketing campaign performance.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead marketing strategies that support WFX's dry and refrigerated freight capabilities and WFX Logistics, as well as other business growth opportunities.
- Company Communications: Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, corporate announcements, and marketing emails.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Safety, Human Resources, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment with organizational goals.
- Event Planning & Support: Assist in organizing or supporting company events, including trade shows, driver meetings, and internal town halls.
- Operations & Fleet Support: Collaborate with WFX Operations to improve communication and efficiency, including supporting the safety video training program, enhancing driver communication strategies, and implementing processes that support operational goals.
- Driver and Contractor Recognition: Develop and maintain initiatives to recognize and celebrate drivers' contributions to WFX, including comanaging the Winner's Circle program with Safety and showcasing achievements on social media.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote WFX's driver-first culture through creative storytelling and brand-aligned messaging on social media and company platforms.
- Efficiency Initiatives: Work closely with fleet managers and operations teams to streamline communication, improve resource allocation, and enhance driver and contractor support systems.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to internal communications, employee newsletters, and initiatives to boost company culture, including internal contests and team-building activities.
- Process Improvement: Implement automations, improve workflows, and streamline processes in Monday.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft 365 to increase efficiency.
- Safety Program Communications: Manage communications related to the safety video training program, including analyzing completion rates and adjusting strategies to improve engagement.
- Project Management: Lead projects, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution of marketing and driver engagement initiatives.
- Proven experience with Hubspot CRM, ZoomInfo, and Squarespace/WordPress website management.
- Strong background in digital marketing, sales enablement, and content strategy.
- Experience with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting company communications, marketing emails, and driver engagement materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities using tools like Monday.com and Microsoft 365.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create customized reports and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in the transportation/logistics industry is a plus.
- Sales Support: Lead-to-deal conversion rate, CRM utilization rate, marketing campaign ROI, website engagement metrics.
- Driver Experience & Operations Support: Driver satisfaction and engagement scores, safety training completion rates, operational communication efficiency, and effectiveness of driver recognition initiatives.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
