Location: Grand Junction, CO. In-Office Position, Hybrid option possible.

About Western Healthcare Alliance
Western Healthcare Alliance (WHA) began in 1989 when a small group of rural Colorado hospitals decided that there was power in numbers. Today, WHA celebrates over 30 years of collaboration with healthcare members in Colorado, Utah, and Michigan. Summary
Provide marketing support through graphic design projects, website management, marketing campaigns, etc. in accordance with company branding strategy for all entities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop graphics and layouts for promotional materials, both printed and digital.
- Prepare finished copy and art by either printing in-house or coordinating with outside printers.
- Create, manage, and update multiple websites.
- Monitor and manage website analytics.
- Develop communications tools including email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, presentations, etc.
- Monitor and update social media as directed.
- Design event registration websites and event email campaigns.
- Order promotional materials and manage product inventory.
- Maintain marketing library (digital and printed) and promotional materials.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed and/or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years marketing experience with graphic design.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop.
- 3 year experience with web design and with WordPress.
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
- Highly proficient in all design aspects.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to post professional social media posts.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
- Must have the following general office skills:
o Must be able to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions and adhere to prescribed departmental/company routines.
o Must be able to operate the following office equipment: multi-line telephone, fax machine, scanner and copy machine.
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to deal with confidential information with discretion and tact.
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
