Position: Assistant Property Supervisor
Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (With a 1-hour lunch break)
Schedule: 4 days in office and 1 day remote from home!
Hourly Rate: $21-$24.00
Note: This position does not include reduced rent nor free unit. Your are not required to live on-site.

Here is What You Will Be Doing
As a Residential Assistant Property Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our property management operations, handling a diverse range of tasks that ensure both our clients and tenants receive the level of care and service they deserve. You will be the trusted liaison between property owners, tenants, and the LAPMG team, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your ability to juggle responsibilities, solve problems, and stay organized will be critical in ensuring the day-to-day operations go off without a hitch. The work you do will be integral to maintaining tenant satisfaction and property value.
- Manage the physical and operational aspects of a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between property owners, residents, and management to resolve any concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, violations, and court appearances (if necessary) for evictions and small claims.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of administrative and maintenance tasks, including inspections, audits, and monthly owner statement reviews.
- Work with the executive team to monitor property performance, make recommendations, and support strategic planning for property improvements.
You Need These Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English: Communication is key, and fluency in both languages is a must for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Management or as a Property Supervisor: You have already honed your skills and know how to manage multiple properties with care and attention to detail.
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio a plus): You are tech-savvy and can quickly get up to speed with our systems.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a deadline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You can effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and tenants in a professional and clear manner.
It Would Be Nice If
- You have experience with low-income housing and recertification processes: Your experience in this area will help streamline our operations.
- You are familiar with conducting property inspections and audits: Having an eye for detail and high standards will allow you to excel in maintaining property conditions.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: You will be using these tools daily, and your ability to create and manage documents will be essential.
- You enjoy collaborative work: You will be working closely with various departments, and your team-first attitude will be a big asset.
