Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Accounts Receivable Assistant. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self‑motivated and trustworthy.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable experience

Complete understanding of billing concepts – debits, credits, reversing entries

Familiar with Aging Reports

Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Familiar with Adobe Acrobat

Experience with handling phone calls in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills – able to professionally handle difficult customers

Works well with a team

Excellent attention to detail

Prefer someone with Service and Collections experience
