We are currently seeking a Financial Reporting Senior Manager to join our high-growth, fast-paced veterinary company. The chosen candidate will be a team player and will help report out different flavors of EBITDA to our respective constituents. The candidate will need to be proficient in Excel, as well as have an understanding of Sage Intacct reports and extracting data from the system.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting functions, serving both external and internal stakeholders
- Timely preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Accurate determination of P&Ls given different definitions
- Understanding of credit agreement and its impact on reporting
- Calculation of credit agreement covenants
- Support month end reporting package by performing analytics at hospital locations and researching any unusual variances
- Use reporting to identify potential for operational and process improvements
- Coordinate with external firms for banking, annual audit, other financial statement related requests
- Maintain the data infrastructure necessary for reporting
- Any ad hoc reporting requests
- 5 years finance/accounting reporting experience, understanding of US GAAP
- Expertise with spreadsheets and Sage Intacct or similar General Ledger software
- Experience with private equity reporting
- Experience in a high growth, multi-site environment
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Financial information system implementations
- Ability to adapt to change when reporting constituents want new items reported
- Can work well both independently and on a team
- Working knowledge of Workday Adaptive reporting
- Local to the greater Denver area, Hybrid environment – currently work from home 3 days/week

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
