Westerra Realty and Management is a locally owned commercial property management company with a small but dynamic team. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a full-time Office Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk to support our operations.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting, administrative, and operational support to the property management team.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly property reports and maintain financial records.
- Manage and update vendor contracts and records.
- Monitor tenant insurance compliance to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong typing and 10-key skills.
- General understanding of accounting functions, including reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with office systems.
- Experience in commercial real estate administration or property management is helpful, but not required.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
Position Details:
- Full-time, in-office role (not remote).
- Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Workload may vary depending on the time of the month and year.
