We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Spa Manager.

As the Spa Director, you will be the heart and soul of our spa. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our clients receive an unparalleled experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all spa operations to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of therapists, estheticians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a serene and welcoming atmosphere in all areas of the spa.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of spa products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule staff training and development programs.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about self-care and wellness.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
- Previous experience in a spa management or supervisory role preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using spa management software and learning new software.

- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
